Product Change Notifications (PCN)

Product/Process Changes

ISC's Product/Process Change Notification (PCN) will be advised to all direct-buy customers with a minimum of 90 days notification prior to implementation of the change. Product and process changes allow ISC to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.  All product and process changes are thoroughly tested to industry standards prior to implementation.

PCN Samples

Customers requiring samples or additional data to evaluate a change should contact our marketing department.  ISC will offer samples of the most common products available at the time a PCN is issued.  We encourage customers to evaluate the impact of a change based on the samples that are available.

Product Discontinuances

ISC never obsolescence any product when customers need it.  If we have to discontinue some product, we wil offer next 24 months.
